From Bamboo Forest to Finished Lunch Box
Six controlled stages inside one 8,000+ m² facility. Because we mill our own bamboo powder, material consistency and lead time stay under our control from harvest to container loading.
1Stage 1 of 6
Bamboo Forest Base
Raw bamboo harvested from managed forests in the Jiangxi bamboo region, bundled and stored in our material yard.
2Stage 2 of 6
Bamboo Powder Milling
Bamboo is dried and milled into fine powder, the base material of every product.
3Stage 3 of 6
Compounding & Mixing
Bamboo powder is compounded with PLA, PBS, PBAT or PP in controlled ratios, then rolled into sheet stock.
4Stage 4 of 6
Hot Press Molding
Heated molds press the compound into lunch boxes, bowls, plates and cups.
5Stage 5 of 6
Quality Inspection
Wall thickness, weight, lid fit and food contact safety are checked batch by batch in clean-room conditions.
6Stage 6 of 6
Packing & Container Loading
Cartons are counted, sealed and palletized, then loaded by full container for FOB Shenzhen shipment.
